In the Proctoring tab of the exam monitor, you can view students who are active in the exam in real-time.
To access this tab, click on the Proctoring tab in the exam monitor:

This tab is divided into several different sections and allows you to perform various actions (click on the image to enlarge):

Section A - Exam Details
In this section, you can see the exam name, exam ID, number of participants, total number of events, lecturer name, and the time remaining until the exam ends.
Section B - Visual Display of Exam Participants
In this section, you can see the actual display of the participants.
When you hover over a participant's display, 5 different clickable icons will appear:
1. Integrity Report - You can navigate directly from the Proctoring tab to the student's Integrity Report by clicking this icon.
2. Chat - You can chat directly with the student by clicking this icon.
A panel will open on the right side of the screen through which you can send messages to the student (for an explanation of the Messages tab, click here):

3. Student Information - When clicking this icon, the student's details will appear in a small window as shown here:

4. Enable Sound - When clicking this icon, you will be able to hear or mute the student's audio.
5. Open Focus Mode - When clicking this icon, you will be able to access Focus Mode directly.
Section C - Screen Display Settings
In this section, you can perform several actions:
(i) Sort by student ID/name.
(ii) Choose the view you want to see (computer camera, phone camera, or both together).
(iii) Select the number of participants per page and navigate between the pages where they are displayed.
Section D - Student Events and Proctoring guidelines
In this section, you can see the various events added for students (student face not detected, no audio, etc.), filter by event name, and add proctoring guidelines.
