The Integrity Report is a screen that allows you to examine student behavior during or after an exam and perform various actions as detailed in this guide.


The Integrity Report consists of several components:


1. Student Screen Views as defined in the "Proctoring Type" in the exam monitor:

a. Laptop camera recording view.

b. Smartphone view (second camera recording).

c. Screen recording (recording of student actions during exam execution).

* You can focus on a specific view by enlarging it using the magnification icon that appears on the left side at the bottom of each view:


2. "ADD EVENT" Button - If you need to manually add an additional event (to those that already exist), you can click this button.

After clicking, the following screen will open where you need to fill in the event details:


"Event type" - Select from the dropdown list the event to add to this screen (student missing, phone detected, etc.)

"Event Source" - Select from the dropdown list the event source (Laptop camera, screen recording, smartphone view)

"Select Integrity Score" - Select from the dropdown list the integrity score for the event (Low, Medium, High), where a low score indicates low integrity level and vice versa.

"Video time" - Choose between Current timestamp (shows current time like 00:00:12) or Other timestamp

"Free text..." - Text area where you can add any additional details about the event.

"Mark as important" - If the event is important, check this option.

After completing the event details, click "SAVE".


3. "INVIGILATOR NOTE" Button - If you need to add a note, you can click this button.

After clicking, the following screen will open where you need to add the note content and select the time point to which the event will be attached.


4. "VIDEOS DOWNLOAD REQUEST" Button - If you want to download the student's videos to your computer, click this button.

After clicking this button, a zip folder should download to your computer.

Simultaneously, an email with a password will be sent to your email address for opening the videos.

You need to extract the folder that was downloaded to your computer.

Enter the password received in the email to complete the extraction process and open the videos.



5. You can use the 10-second forward/backward jump buttons in the video and the play/pause video button.


6. The various events detected by the system (AI) will be displayed on the timeline.

To get information about a specific event, you can right-click on the event in the timeline:


After that, an Event details window will open showing the event information:


7. The left side of the integrity report will display 4 sections:

a. Student Details (Student identifier and participant identifier, Integrity Score (including score editing option), Proctoring Type and Select Review Status (including status change option)).

b. Exam Details (Exam Date, Course, Submission, Lecturer Name, Semester, Exam Year, etc).

c. Verifications Required for this specific student in this exam.

d. Reports History - View student's exams history (including access to the integrity report of the selected exam when clicked).
