When entering the exam monitor, under the "Participants" tab, it will be possible to open a panel for each participant individually.

The purpose of the panel is to display information related to exam participants in a quick and efficient manner.

The new participant panel provides:

  • Quick access to participant information
  • Real-time status monitoring
  • Direct communication capabilities
  • Easy navigation between overview and messaging functions
  • Integration with both regular and super monitor views

The panel will display two tabs (an overview tab about the participant in the exam and an additional tab for messages in the exam).

Opening the Participant Panel

First, to enter the participant panel, click on the "Open Panel" icon that appears next to the participant identifier:

After clicking the icon, a window will open on the right side of the screen:

Overview Tab

In the participant panel under the Overview tab, information about the specific participant will be displayed (Student ID, Participant Status, Questions progress percentage, and more).

Additionally, it will be possible to go to the student's integrity report by clicking "Go to report" (1) and to switch to focus mode (2).

The Overview tab displays the following information:

  • Participant Status (e.g., "Disconnected", "Not Started")
  • Questions progress (percentage completed)
  • Time Left (remaining exam time)
  • Verification Status (e.g., "Approved", "Waiting")
  • Integrity score (e.g., "Low Score", "Pending Score")
  • Submission Type (e.g., "Not Submitted")

Messages Tab

It will also be possible to switch from the Overview tab to the Messages tab, and perform various actions as can be done in the main Messages tab (send messages to the student, use canned responses, change assignment, and change ticket status).

In the Messages tab, you can:

  • View message history with status updates (e.g., "changed status", "assigned this issue")
  • Send new messages using the message input field
  • Use formatting tools and canned responses
  • Monitor communication logs

* From this screen, admin and supervisor only see messages in the technical field.

Lecturer only sees messages in the academic field.

Super Monitor Access

It will also be possible to access the participant panel through the super monitor (access is authorized for permission holders only).

Here too, to enter the participant panel, click on the "Open Panel" icon that appears next to the participant identifier.
