Please note - this guide is for customers who do not log in to Tomasafe through their organization's information system. Meaning, this guide is only intended for users logging in directly to Tomasafe.

If you forgot your Tomasafe password, you can reset it as follows:

1. On the Tomasafe login screen, enter your username as defined in Tomasafe and then click on the "Next" button:

2. On the next screen, click on "Reset Password":

3. Make sure that the username you entered is indeed the one defined in Tomasafe (you can verify this with the institution's exam department), and then click on "Reset":

4. The following notification will appear on the screen, and you should check the email defined in Tomasafe for your user to see if a password reset link was received:

Please note - if you entered a username that does not exist in Tomasafe, the link will not be sent!

Additionally, if the link was not received, please check your spam folder.
