Participants Panel for Real-Time Student Monitoring

New in Monitor: A side panel that lets you see all student data in one place - exam status, progress, and activity - all in real time!

Coming soon - you’ll be able to perform actions directly from the panel, such as view verifications, run hardware checks, manage time extensions, and even view a live timeline of the student’s progress and actions during the exam.

How to access it:
In the Monitor, find the student's ID in the table, hover over it, and click the icon that appears.

New in Super Monitor: Manage All Participants in One Place

A dashboard that lets you view and manage participants across multiple exams, with filters showing total participants, active ones, those who haven’t started yet, and more.

You’ll also find a “Manage Columns” button to choose which columns to show or hide.

  • Browser-based exam support in Assessment Studio - This feature is designed for formative assessments and limited-security exams. Assessment Studio provides a direct exam link for seamless access, eliminating the need for separate software installation.
  • New student reconnect request alert shown in the Monitor browser tab.

Important Update for Time Extension!

Extension time

Starting today, individual time extensions in the Monitor are applied exactly as defined, regardless of academic accommodations. This change gives you:

  • Full control over the exact extra time you want to grant each student
  • Clearer and more transparent management of exam durations
  • Flexibility to respond to technical needs in real time
