The TomaSafe maintains a record of notifications sent to lecturers and students. 

Access to view these notifications depends on the user's permissions in the system.


To view notifications sent to the lecturer

1. Locate the relevant exam in TomaSafe (if unsure of the exam's status, check under the "All Exams" view).

2. Mark the entry, turning it gray (a simple click on the entry is sufficient; clicking on the adjacent padlock is not necessary).

3. In the "More" menu, select "Alert Exam History."



4. A pop-up window will display all notifications sent to the recipients.

(1) Number of alerts sent at a specific time (2) Date sent (3) Email status (whether sent or not) (4) Recipient's email (5) SMS status (indicated by "V" if sent) (6) Recipient's phone number (7) Scroll horizontally for additional fields.


Additional fields:

(1) Exam status when the notification was sent (2) Course lecturer (3) Content of the message (click "Preview" to view) (4) Manual sending status (if "V" is not present, it was sent automatically) (5) Error status (if there was an error, the error content will appear)


To view notifications sent to students
