There are several different roles that can be defined for users in the online exam:

Invigilator | Partially - cannot view an exam preview and view the chat of the lecturers (only the invigilators) | Access to all exams at the institution |
Privileged Lecturer | can only view the chat of the lecturers | Access to all exams at the institution |
Lecturer | can only view their chat | Access only to exams to which they have been assigned |
How to set the role:
- Before setting the role in the admin panel, the user must be associated with at least one exam manually. (in the users and roles page for a specific exam). You can validate this if the user has a a checkmark on the "Etest User" field:
In the admin panel-> users, the desired role must be defined under the field "Etest Role":
*It should be noted that there is no connection between the user's role in the safe and the user's role in the online monitor (Etest user)
