When choosing a grade by question, a dedicated test interface will be activated where the user can choose which question to focus on, grade comfortably and move easily and quickly to the same question in the next notebook.
To activate the grade by question option, open a notebook and click on grade by question:
Fields will appear for navigation and giving a grade to check by question:
(1) Choosing the question number (2) Grading using the floating bar (3) Move to the next notebook (according to student ID) (4) Move to the previous notebook (according to the student ID) (5) Move to the next examinee (note the changes in the button below) (6) Move to the previous examinee (note the changes in the button below) (7) Test progress bar
Working method
1. Open the first notebook and click on grade by question
2. Choose the question you want to check laterally
3. Check the question and give a grade by using G (indicators/manual grading can also be used for the test)
4. Go to the next examinee by pressing the next exam button
5. Continue like this until the question has been checked in all the notebooks
Moving on to the next question
After checking the same question in all the notebooks, you can see that the progress bar is full, and you can click the "Next ungraded" button. A window will pop up indicating that the examination of the question is over and you can start a lateral examination of another question by clicking on "Proceed to the next question":

After the cross-checking of all the questions is finished, a window will pop up indicating that the checking of all the questions in the exam is finished. Click OK.
After that, click on the "Next ungraded" button located at the bottom of the screen.
After that, the system will sum up the grades of all the questions of each exam for a final grade, display a summary, and by clicking Confirm grade, close the notebook's test. This way you can finish the test of all the notebooks.
* By clicking on the checkbox "Apply this setting to all notebooks in the exam and do not display this screen again" - the finish checking summary screen will not appear for the following examinees.
This can be reset by returning to the home page and re-entering the test screen.
* The "Next ungraded" button will only be available if there are questions that have not yet been checked in other notebooks.
Note that you can always return to the "Grade by participant" by clicking the button at the top of the test window.
