The reports tab provides an advanced graphical analysis of the questions’ grades on each exam.
It’s crucial to notice that some of the reports shown in this guide are adjusted to examine closed questions as part of an online exam or a scrambled-printed exam created in our TomaSafe™ system.

General report
This report shows:
The exam’s overall statistics
A graph chart is showing the breakdown of the student's grades range.
While moving the cursor upon the columns, more information will appear.
On the indicators where the "i" icon will appear, further information about that indicator will be shown by placing the cursor.
“All questions” report
This report contains a graphical representation of each exam’s question relative to its overall grade average. This report is useful for locating questions with abnormally high or low grades.
In the bottom part of the window, a question’s specific statistic will appear.
The statistics will be shown after clicking the relevant column on the chart.
Eye icon: on every report, by placing the cursor in the eye icon, a preview of the question will appear.
Open questions report
The report will only appear in case the exam contains open questions (please notice that all questions from scanned exams or assignments will be categorized as open questions).
The chart will display the breakdown of grades by students (in %).
In the bottom part of the screen, a description of each question’s breakdown will appear. To show the statistics of a question, press its relevant column on the chart.
Closed questions report
The report will only appear only in case the exam contains closed questions created in the online editor (on online exams or scrambled exams from TomaSafe™).
The report contains a chart showing the breakdown of the percentage of students according to their corresponding answers: correct, wrong, no answer.
In this report, an additional indicator is shown (colored orange) for a question where the wrong answers exceeded the correct ones.
Detailed analysis
The report will only appear only in case the exam contains closed questions created in the online editor (on online exams or scrambled exams from TomaSafe™).
The report displays the breakdown of the answers (correct, wrong, no answer) for all closed questions. The value's percentage will appear by placing the cursor above the column.
The report also contains a written detailed analysis, pointing to anomalies identified by the system and highlighted for further examination.
The reports allow you to get different insights about the exam; in online or mixed exams, created in TomaSafe™, you can use these insights to decide if changes to the closed questions are needed (e.g. changing or adding correct answers, change the distribution of points and canceling a question).
