An additional grade scale (grade bar) allows you to define a verbal or numerical category for a grade range.

The description will be added as an additional column to the grades file built in the system and will also appear in the table of examinees on the main screen.


pay attention!
 - The grade scale does not affect the transmission of grades to the institution's information systems nor the transmission of grades back to Moodle
- It is not possible to add a grade scale when at least one of the notebooks is in checked status

Grade scale according to grade

To add the scale, go to the "Exam Structure" tab (1) and mark the check box at the bottom (2):



Click on the "Choose" button and choose the appropriate type:



You can also create a custom scale by selecting "Add New Scale".

The value that will appear is the value in the field "Conversion value for exam files":



To save the scale, click "Approve":



If you have created a new scale, you must first click on "Add" button:



The table of examinees will be updated when the page is refreshed or when entering and exiting the test screen.

Verbal grade for broadcast

Regardless of the grade scale option detailed above, there are institutions where, in an adapted manner, the possibility of transmitting verbal grades to the information systems was defined in addition to or instead of the numerical grade.

This option will appear as check boxes above the array of grades in the exam notebook. The values will be determined according to the requirements of the educational institution.
