Please keep in mind that for online and scrambled exams that were built in the exam editor it is advised not to use the reset tool. This is because it can complicate the process of identifying students markings and may necessitate actions from the user afterwards.


Two Types of System Reset:



Instructions for Single Notebook Reset:

  1. Go to the main screen.
  2. Mark the desired exam with the checkbox.
  3. In the "More options" menu, select "Reset exam." Be careful not to choose "Reset course", which resets all notebooks.
  4. Confirm the action.


After you finish the operation, remove the check mark from the notebook. Keeping the check mark will restrict the grading to that selected notebook. You won't be automatically moved on to the next exam after completing it.

Instructions for Entire Course Reset:

Please be aware that resetting a course will erase all grades, notes, and annotations in all exam notebooks. 

  1. Go to the main screen.
  2. In the "More options" menu, select "Reset course."
  3. Confirm the action.


Note that Reset Course is disabled for onine exams.
