Starting today, you can manage anonymous communication between monitor users(lecturers only) and exam participants.

Anonymous message settings are configured in the "Super Monitor" system.

In the Super Monitor main menu, click on Settings->Messaging:

Then, under "Anonymous Messaging", two settings will appear:

1. Monitor users anonymous Messaging - When this option is enabled, students will not see the names of monitor users(Supervisors/Lecturers) in the messages.

2. Participants’ anonymous Messaging - When this option is enabled, lecturers will not see the names of participants in the messages.

* You can choose to have both settings be anonymous.

Examinee Side

Exam participants will not see the names of monitor users(Supervisor/Lecturer).

Messages sent to exam participants appear anonymously.

Monitor User Side (Lecturers only)

If "Participants’  anonymous Messaging" mode is enabled, sending direct messages from the participants panel is disabled to maintain complete anonymity.

In the Messages tab in the monitor, lecturers will see the chat ID instead of the students' names.
