Please note! The similarity check (duplication) is only performed on questions in Collections and not for all questions in the Bank.

A similarity check ensures that it will not be possible to add identical or very similar questions to the collection, thereby keeping the collection efficient, free of unnecessary load, and duplications.

To start the process, you must be in the collection and create a new question.

If we click on the "Create" button and the same question already exists in the collection, we will receive the following alert informing us that there is an identical question in the collection:

By clicking "Cancel", we will return to the question editing screen, allowing us to update it.

By clicking "Remove duplicates", the question we created will be deleted, and we will reach the question creation screen (click on "I understand" and create a new question):

Also, below the question, we can see an alert that this question already exists in the collection and if we click on the alert, we can see the details of the existing question and remove the current question by clicking on "Remove Question":

If we click on the question type "open question", we will reach the screen of the preview of the question:

Also, if there is a similar but not identical question, the following alert will appear:

By clicking on it, we can see the details of the existing question:

** At any stage, the administrator can cancel this option of similarity check in the collections by logging into the bank's admin panel, selecting "content management" and checking "disable" in the similarity check line under the collections settings:
