A user with the "admin" role can create ready-to-use messages during answering the students' questions in online exams.
Canned Responses save time and streamline the process.
Creating Canned Responses
Access to management settings:
- Enter the TomaSafe.
- Under "More" select the "Integrity Management" option.
Settings screen:
Click on "Settings", then select "Messaging".
Create a new subject:
On the messages management screen, click "Manage".
Click on the "New Subject" button to open a new subject panel.
Type the subject name and click "Confirm"
After the subject is created, we can see it on the canned responses management screen and add canned responses to it by clicking on the "New Response" button:
Enter the response details:
- The title of the response.
- Choosing the subject in which it will appear.
- The content of the response.
- Roles to which the response will be available.
- Click on "Approve".
After the response has been created, we can see it on the main screen under the same subject and perform several actions on it:
1. Edit the response (we will get to the response editing screen)
2. Clone the response (we will get to the response duplication screen)
3. Delete the response
Deleting a subject
To delete a subject, click on the trash can icon.
Search for Responses
In the search screen, you can enter text in the search bar to display suitable Responses under the selected subject.
