To view the Disconnect Report, access the participants tab.
Find the relevant participant and hover over "Exam Status" column- then the report will appear.
The Report contains four fields:
1. Date: The date that the student logged in.
2. From-To: The times that the student wasn’t “active” between.
3. Duration: The duration the student wasn’t “active” for in minutes.
4. Reason: The type of disconnection. There are only two reasons that can appear in the report:
No Network \ Shutdown – This means that the student either lost their internet connection, or something was wrong with their device, because the system couldn’t detect them as an active student in the exam and they didn’t exit the application.
Exit- This means that the student manually exited the application.
If the student is disconnected due to internet connection problems, then the app remains open, and they can continue with their exam.
