Troubleshooting Online Exam Display Issues
If you encounter problems such as missing, fragmented, or blurry text during an online exam, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Open the Chrome browser.
- In the address bar, type chrome://flags and press Enter on your keyboard.
- In the search bar of the page that opens, type: accelerated 2D canvas.
- In the result that appears, click the dropdown menu and select Disabled.
- To apply the changes, click Relaunch (the browser will close and reopen).
This should resolve display issues for the online exam.
